1. ขอบเขตและการยอมรับข้อกำหนด

ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการฉบับนี้ใช้กับการเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ airmatter.co.th และการส่งคำขอรับบริการหรือแจ้งซ่อมผ่านเว็บไซต์ของ Air Matter Engineering Co., Ltd. เมื่อท่านเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์หรือส่งแบบฟอร์ม ท่านตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ หากท่านไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนด โปรดหยุดใช้งานเว็บไซต์

ท่านสามารถส่งแบบฟอร์มแจ้งซ่อมหรือขอรับบริการผ่านเว็บไซต์ได้ โดยต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน บริษัทอาจติดต่อท่านเพื่อขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม นัดหมายเข้าตรวจสอบ หรือเสนอราคา การส่งแบบฟอร์มไม่ได้รับประกันว่าบริษัทจะรับงานหรือให้บริการได้ทันที

 

4. บัญชีผู้ใช้และการชำระเงินออนไลน์

เว็บไซต์นี้ไม่มีระบบให้ลูกค้าสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ และไม่มีระบบรับชำระเงินออนไลน์ผ่านเว็บไซต์ การชำระเงิน เงื่อนไขเครดิต ใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ หรือใบเสร็จรับเงินให้เป็นไปตามเอกสารหรือช่องทางที่บริษัทกำหนดเป็นรายกรณี

เมื่อมีการนัดหมายเข้าตรวจสอบหรือให้บริการ ท่านต้องจัดเตรียมการเข้าถึงสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ หรือพื้นที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเหมาะสม และต้องแจ้งข้อมูลด้านความปลอดภัย ข้อจำกัดการเข้าพื้นที่ หรือข้อกำหนดของอาคารให้บริษัททราบล่วงหน้า บริษัทอาจปฏิเสธหรือเลื่อนการให้บริการหากไม่สามารถเข้าพื้นที่ได้อย่างปลอดภัยหรือถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนด

 

7. ราคา ใบเสนอราคา และเงื่อนไขงานบริการ

ราคาที่แสดงหรือกล่าวถึงบนเว็บไซต์เป็นข้อมูลทั่วไปเท่านั้น เว้นแต่ระบุไว้อย่างชัดเจน ราคาและขอบเขตงานจริงจะเป็นไปตามการประเมินหน้างาน ใบเสนอราคา หรือข้อตกลงที่บริษัทออกให้ ท่านควรตรวจสอบรายละเอียดก่อนยืนยันงานบริการ

 

8. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

เนื้อหา เครื่องหมายการค้า โลโก้ ภาพถ่าย ข้อความ กราฟิก งานออกแบบ และองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ บนเว็บไซต์เป็นของบริษัทหรือผู้อนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิ ห้ามทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง เผยแพร่ หรือใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบริษัท

 

9. เว็บไซต์และบริการของบุคคลที่สาม
